My husband surprised me for our Anniversary and hired Designed by Toney to decorate our room. It was so beautiful and elegant. It reminded me of our wedding day because it was decorated in our wedding colors (red white and gold) There were roses hanging from the ceiling, a beautiful ballon arch and so much more!!
